●  Ingredient Selection:

Chenpi: Typically sourced from Xinhui Chenpi , preferably aged 3+ years.

White Tea: Usually Fuding White Tea, such as White Peony (Bai Mudan), Gong Mei, or Shou Mei.

●  Production Process:

Fresh tangerine peels are washed, pulp-removed, and stuffed with aged white tea.

The blend undergoes slow baking, drying, cooling, and aging, allowing the peels to darken into Chenpi while mutually infusing flavors with the white tea.
